This property is located in the countryside on a 5-minute drive out of Évora, one of Portugal’s most historic cities and the famed Roman Temple. The guest house consists a two-bedroom family suite, a double room, a single room, all with private bathroom with shower, and a communal lounge area with free tea-coffee services and a library. On the property are also two apartments features a living area, kitchen, one or two bedroom(s) and a bathroom with shower.
All rooms and apartments are provided with free bottled water. The 7-hectare property features a swimming pool, animals such as dogs, donkey and pigs as well as a vegetable garden, an ornamental garden, cork and olive trees. Breakfast and dinner service is available upon request at an extra fee. The nearby Évora center also has many restaurant options for guests to try out and taxi-service is available. The nearest bus stop is 1.6 mi away. Beja Airport is a 1-hour drive, while the Lisbon International Airport is a 75-minute drive.

Wonderful place. Relaxing and enjoyable. Only wish we could have stayed longer
Everything! The place, the hosts, the dogs, the atmosphere was just what we needed after spending a week long trip in lisbon and wanting to relax.
The town of Evora is just a 10 minute drive/Uber if you want to go spend time in the city and eat or walk around.
Highly recommended place if you like dogs, want to relax on a huge farm with gardens and land.

Place was so unique with gardens and house but mostly the animals stole my heart! I would recommend this stay!
The property was beautiful and well kept around the main house. We stayed in one of the small casitas on the property with a kitchenette. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, plates, etc. Unfortunately, it had rained for days and it was extremely wet and we had a difficult time navigating around all the large puddles of water. This was not the fault of our hosts but our bad luck with weather. Going to Quinta do Cano was a unique, fun experience which would have been better if we could have explored the property but it was not possible with all the rain. William and Monique were very welcoming and great hosts.
* Very kind, helpful hosts/proprietors, who are available to let you in at the gate when you first arrive and call them. They also explain "rules" of the property clearly and show you to your room, and check if you are interested in arranging a breakfast / other meal for an additional fee.
* Beautiful property exactly as described (there are plenty of animals around the property)
* A small part of the house is available at night-time, only for access to some paid food+drink the hosts make available (wine, beer, some food), as well as some free food items (cake, water, possibly coffee, I believe)
* I had a car and parking was very easy as well. In my case, I was able to park right in front of my building.
