The room is exactly the same as the picture shown. The bed is very comfortable and the area is also very quiet, so I have good sleep every night. Very close to station, just 5 minutes walk. Easy to get to restaurants and coffee shops area. And even to a supermarket nearby is also just 5 minutes walk. The room size is very big and even the toilet, had a good staying there. The welcome cookies and wine are very sweet and such a surprise! But every night coming back was already tipsy and late, so a shame that we didn’t open the bottle to try. They also have capsule coffee which is very thoughtful for people like me. In summary, I really liked the time staying here and would love to go back to Porto again!

Front door code worked, no problem. Good standard of equipment, very comfortable room, good sized bathroom, quiet, great location for exploring the centre and close enough to a main station. Booking included a car from the airport - a bonus.

Self check in and check out, so the arrival time is not problem. Pass key for building and room was given by e-mail. Staff very active in whatsapp.
