Rudolph at reception was friendly and helpful. The common area was a nice surprise, as was the availability of water. A supermarket nearby made it easy to pickup food for breakfast, store it in the in-room refrigerator, and eat it in the common area before heading out on the Camino for the day..

It was very clean, it had every amenity needed in the kitchen which came very handy specially with children. The cafe was fantastic and the people who showed me to my place were extremely helpful helping find supermarkets and other concerns I had. I recommend it without a doubt!

The gentleman at the front desk (Rudolph) was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations.

The location was perfect - so close to the train station. The trains stopped running about 10 or 11 pm so there was no trouble with train noise in my room. Staff was welcoming and gave good information. Would stay here again!
