It is a tiny clean apartment. We are a family of four so it was a little too small for us but fine for one night. If you are planning to stay longer I would say it will be comfortable for two people. A huge bonus - the grocery store in a building, so we saved on our dinner:)
The apartment had everything you needed.
I can't comment on the location because it was our stop on the way to the south. We didn't really discover the city.
