If I could give a higher rating, I would. Teresa, Ricardo and Alex all went above and beyond. They made sure we had accurate, clear checkin instructions to get into our room at 0200 hours due to a transportation glitch we had. While we were there, the Iberian Peninsula and more had a full scale power outage. Everything shut down. Ricardo came by in person and made several trips back to check on us, bringing batteries, muffins, and extra food. Fortunately the power returned after 9+ hours. The room was great, comfortable, clean, and a great location. Thank you all for making a crazy situation a bearable adventure.

Everything about this place was great. A nice comfy big bed, clean, good location but on a quiet street. The hosts were readily available at all times. The welcome chocolate and port was a nice touch. Would recommend this place to any couple.
