Met the host for checkin, which is slightly less convenient than self check in, but worked well for us because we had a huge problem the next morning with getting the car out of the 24 hour garage (which is not actually 24 hours if you wish to retrieve your car for an early flight). They were super helpful in getting the car back to the company. Would recommend this team 100%
Very unique and lovely property. We enjoyed our stay here and if I do return to Funchal, I will stay here again!
We were 3 ppl. I think it is still will perfectly feet 4.
U can find everything what u can imagine. Iron , hairdryer, all messed art kitchen stuff to cook , oil/ salt/ paper/ sugar, even boxes of u want to take some food for a trip. There is a nice coffe machine.
ac is strong if u need , and it is in every room.
Picture is the same is reality.
Location could not be more center.
Near , like 2 min huge supermarket.
For the parking. It is free on the streets from 20.00- 8 am.
So we were just paying like 2 h in the morning 8am -10 am , before we would get ready to journey. If we stay in the city , we were paying for 4-5 h like 3 euro.
Very easy communication via what’s up. I think it is could be even contactless check in , bc all the doors open with codes , but the host was very kind , and meet us on bus station and helped us with bags

Nothing to worry about.
A perfect location. The only slight negative was traffic. Hosts were very helpful. In the heart of Funchal, close to old town, transport links, all the best restaurants and great shopping. Highly recommend.
Fantastic location, very comfortable and homely. The fruit milk and water much appreciated I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
