The keypad entry into the building and our rooms made coming and going very easy. The hostel was very clean, the host was responsive to messages, and the breakfast was delicious!
Very clean and they took good care of everything. Ines was very helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast was great, simple but good options including vegan/vegetarian. Everything is self service and was usually left out a bit longer than the official breakfast hours. We stayed in a dorm room which was very clean and had a nice balcony. The location is just outside the main part of town and it's easy to get to most places on foot.
Everything was perfect. The hostel is very new and well organised.
The whole place is very clean.
Rooms are big enough to have plenty of privacy even in the dorm rooms.
Breakfast is very good and there is very nice patio garden in the back.
Ines (contact person) was very friendly and willing to help.

The staff was friendly and caring and really did an excellent job. The breakfast was lovely, the common space and garden were nice and inviting. They had a lot of travel information ready for our use to make our Azores adventure even better!
