Clean, simple, stylish.
Super easy and convenient self check-in and check-out.
The room has all the amenities. The bed, pillows, matrass were super comfortable.
The hotel assistant was always available online: polite and helpful.
We really loved our stay at Santa Catarina.
The place was very clean. Staff was helpful and spoke English. Room had washer/dryer combination and they supplied soap for 2 loads. Rooms matched the pictures online.
Extremely comfortable flat, well equipped, with quality products, nice decor, friendly staff, surprisingly good gym. Everything seemed new. You can walk to centre but ubers everywhere if needed. Not cheap. I don't really know Porto prices so maybe it's excellent value for what it is. I'd very happily go back.
WE did not order breakfast through the hotel. The location of the hotel was on a residential street close to a grocery store, Metro stop, and a nice park (Praca do Marques de Pombal). Within walking distance of the hotel there were numerous restaurants, coffee shops, stores, churches,museums, and historical sites.
