The rooms were cleaned daily. The kitchen was so clean and nice, very appealing to use! Their laundry service is amazing, 10 euros and they'll do it for you! :) The staff is beyond nice, they'll help you with a smile

Location was superb! The immediate area was bustling at dinnertime but otherwise quiet, and it was a great base for all of our explorations on the island!

Staff in reception was very friendly and helpful! The hostel is very beautiful and close to transport.

Highly recommend! The receptionist was truly lovely and very helpful!! Even though I was running late - with help from the staff and some arrangements I was able to get my keys and after all the check-in was smooth and easy. Location is really amazing, room and common spaces were clean and with a unique atmosphere - as a woman traveling alone I felt really safe there!!!

Great location, only 2 min walk to the waterfront, beach and the cable car. Excellent stay in a private room with wonderful full length windows and a little Juliet balcony, it even had a little sea view over the roof of the building opposite. The only thing I would say is to bring earplugs because the street outside can be a little noisy on a Saturday night and the floor boards are creaky when people walk down the hall. The restaurant attached to the hostel, the Santa Maria, is the best one in that street, in my opinion.
