It was beautifully situated
The staff and service were so accommodating
The overall ambience, attention to sustainability, the comfort of the beds/bedding and the amazing staff willing to help plan, and carry out your vacation needs as well as their attention to your in house needs. Breakfast was good, plentiful

Amazing location, amazing grounds, and some of the best staff I’ve seen anywhere in the world. The family 2-bedroom suite is amazing for kids.
An oasis outside of the main part of the city (you’ll need a car). The hotel has a large garden and a nice deck for lounging by the pool. The pool, fitness and spa were small but pleasant. I enjoyed my massage/scrub a lot. There are multiple dining options on property and a large grocery store nearby. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff are wonderful.
