It’s in a great location a little run down but we loved it
It was clean and the location was central. Lots of space in the apartment to spread out

The location is good, walking distance to the bus station, grocery stores and beaches
Fabulous location, close to restaurants and in the middle of action for surfers (we did not surf, but we had neighbors that were out daily). Free parking is in the street, a bit hit or miss, ideally at the nearby church, but plenty within a bit more of a walk (less than 5 min). The unit has a tiny kitchen we did not need to use, but which seems quite functional. A bit of noise from nearby units at night, but generally very quiet and peaceful. Lots of choices for places to eat, including one just down the street that was excellent (Restaurante D Raiz).
