Centrally located to restaurants and coffee shops. Safe neighborhood with very nice gardens to stroll. Apartment is very nice and well taken care of. Private parking lot.

Very functional, comfortable and private parking was excellent! Close to small stores a couple blocks away.
The apartment is small than it appear in the pictures but it is a very good apartment. The neighborhood is not as charming as other Lisbon neighborhoods, but it is nice. It is close to the LX Factory, but not close enough that you can walk in the sun. I love that they have a washing machine and a ver sunny place to dry the clothes. The owner left soap for the clothes and the dishes, coffe capsules and also soda and water in the refrigerator. That was very nice.
