Lovely clean and exceeded expectations.
Would return when the AC is repaired
The apt was a good size, comfortable for a family of 4. the rooms were big size, beds were comfy and clean. The building was centrally locate(1.5 block away) metro stop. Chiado is like 3 stops away.
We used the washing machine as well as dishwasher and the electric stove. you do not need instructions to operate the washing machine and stove, would be useful if they put in a couple of lines in their instructions.
The support number picked up our phone everytime and would help us right way.
The location was great and the place was clean and tidy.
Comfortable and fully equipped and close to the restaurants and archaeological landmarks..
The location is amazing right in the city centre easy walks to the main attractions. We had a few issues with access to the room but the staff could not be more helpful with quick communication. Massive rooms lovely feel to the place. Lots of restaurants near too.
