A nice hotel, with clean and comfortable beds. The hotel is not brand new, and one can see that. But all facilities worked well.
The staff were very nice and patient. The location is right by the Crystal Palace Gardens and it has an amazing view of the river and one of the bridges.
The hotel is good value for money, rooms are comfortable, the staff is really nice.
Friendly staff and good location at all.
