Big, well-organized hostel, with lots of common areas, comfortable beds with privacy curtains. Excellent location between the airport and the city centre, and next to multiple metro stations.

My whole experience was wonderful!
The overall rating is just not fair because this is a real hostel, with the real hostel vibe, not an improvised apartment with no common area.
Let's start with the staff. They will go extra mile to comfort you, everybody was so kind and super helpful to me.
Then, the breakfast! I loved it so much. It was included in the price, but if I had to pay for it, I'd do it. Ham, cheese, bread, etc. even pastel de nata and chia seeds.
Common area is spacious and comfortable. There is a big kitchen with the dining area, plus the working hub with flawless Wifi.
The room was okay, but you don't go to hostels to spend time in your room anyway. No bedbugs, dirty sheets nor uncomfortable beds.
For 20 EUR per night I got so much!
The location was great for what I was looking for, I was able to explore another part of Lisbon and find a wonderful park near an art museum. The stay was just right for an overnight before leaving for the airport the next day, metro station near by went directly there. The front desk personnel were accommodating.
Breakfast was amazing, I had a bed in front of the window so it was rather private which I loved. Staff is great as well.
