Great location in a safe neighborhood, beach supplies.
This place is wonderful! A private above-garage apartment with no worries about sound pollution in one of the absolute best neighborhoods in San Juan. Walkable to anything, bike or roller blade or skateboard away from several other great spots. We love the street privacy of this apartment, as well as the backyard oasis full of beautiful plants. The beach is so close also, literally a 2 minute slow walk down the block. The apartment also had whatever we needed for our stay of several days. And the air-conditioning was TOP NOTCH!! The owner is so easy to communicate with, honest, genuine, helpful, and so nice to work with.
The apartment is located very close to the beach. Parking is in front of the house.
Puerto Rico is amazing and Ocean Park is an amazing beach. This is the place to hang out. Our host Stephanie was amazing. She was very friendly and extremely helpful during our stay. The place is clean and safe. There are many places to eat within walking distance. Make sure to grab breakfast at La Coffeetera :)
Wonderful 2 bedroom Apartment - really close to the beach and a few restaurants, a Walgreens, and coffee shops. Stephanie our host was very friendly. We used Uber the whole stay as it was not far from Condado area. Thanks for a great stay!
