The original room we got was comparable to a jail cell, I tried to call the owner to see what we could do and simultaneously called every hotel in the area to switch however the hotels were all sold out and I never heard back from the owner. I went down to the checking desk and explained that we really weren’t happy with the room, it had a mildewy smell, the paint was chipping, the carpets were wet in some areas. Upon hearing what we were dealing with they switched us to a room on the 14th floor that had updated kitchen appliances and had the most beautiful view of the beach. We were so happy for the rest of trip and really didn’t have a single complaint. The staff is here in unlike anywhere else. Just be mindful of what you are booking!
Location by the beach was excellent. Great beach view. Large apartment. Comfortable bed.
