I like the resort having a security guard at the entrances. The facility is extremely clean. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

A wonderful place, comfortable, clean and the best part is the STAFF. The tourism industry workers in PR are known for their lovely hospitality and this resort is no exception. Also, the grounds, closeness to the beach and pools everywhere makes this an amazing choice for a great vacation
The complex is very nice. It's not a complex for elderly or people with disabilities. There are a lot of stairs and very steep terrain. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time!
Our Villa was Perfect!! It was equipped with everything needed for our stay ( fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, microwave). Every room was clean and the bathrooms too. A/C was perfect. Palmanova Plaza was walking distance and had a variety of stores and restaurants. Pool was clean and had a bar. Definitely going back!!!
