Old building but renovated, Clean and comfortable, near to some attractions and easy to catch transportation. I had direct contact with the staff once only during check in but they are great.

First time in San Juan, I really enjoyed the location. Appeared to be mostly locals and the little spot across the hotel is a relaxing place to grab a drink or hang out. Overall very charming and lively, location exceeded my expectation upon arrival. Parking is like a minute or two walk away and also secure and safe area. The A/C works really well, room was comfortable for the price. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, all very nice!

This place is an absolute gem as i couldn't have asked for anything better for the rate. The room was toooo dog gone cozy, i didn't want to leave. The staff was full of awesomeness, making sure i was accomplished well and answer every question. The location was great and the outdoor restaurant on the corner was awesome as the lady that owns it was sooooo down to earth. i really enjoyed my stay and is booking again.

At first, it was a little bit confusing on where to check in and where you’re gonna stay at and Google Maps wasn’t helping. There was a pizza restaurant that we went and asked and gave us an instruction on how to get to where we can check in. The Front Desk staffs were really nice. They were very accommodating and tourist friendly. They made sure that we had great stay. And you don’t have to go to the front desk if you need anything communication is through WhatsApp and they respond right away.

The staff and location really make or break this hotel. It's literally minutes from a beach, and very short ride into old San Juan. It's an older building but it holds charm. I felt very respected by the staff and enjoyed speaking with the various members there
