The apartment was clean and cozy with a functioning and clean microwave and washing machine. They had even provided detergent for laundry, saving us the trouble of having to buy it ourselves. There's a small convenience store nearby for basic purchases. The property is a little far from the central area (railway station, murmansk mall, etc.)..about 25 to 30 mins walking. But if you walk down about 5 mins to the main road, you can easily catch a bus and reach the central area in 5 to 7 mins. Natali, the administrator of the property was very helpful right from checkin till leaving! She answered all our queries and helped us with our cab booking back to the airport as well. -

Room cleanliness & kitchen Kitchen stove was having some issue

The location is a bit far from the restaurant area, but compared to the view, because it is on a hill, it is very beautiful in the morning and evening. The room is on the 1st floor, no need to walk up the stairs. The place is private, there is a kitchen and a washing machine, most suitable for families. Very close to a small convenience store that is only a 2-minute walk away. The cleanliness is considered adequate. The only disadvantage is that the water temperature while taking a shower is not as stable as it should be. Sometimes it is too hot, sometimes it is too cold. You have to adjust it all the time while taking a shower. And the color of the water from the faucet is not clear, it is a little yellow. But the owner insists that it works. And I have not found anything wrong with using water. Overall, it is very good compared to the price. And I will come back to stay here again. If I have a chance to come again -
