I stayed for a conference at the KCC and Gracia Appartments was perfect. I had a large and very clean room with balcony, staff was friendly, and everything is in walking distance from KCC. The restaurant area around the swimming pool is a nice place to relax, and Simba Supermarket is around the corner.

The apartment was spacious and attractive with beautiful landscaping and decor. I received a great massage from Hilarie and enjoyed the swimming in the pool. There was plenty of hot water with good water pressure in the shower and generous toiletries in the bathrooms. The balconies had nice views of the pool and the city. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. My husband appreciated the air conditioning. The kitchen was clean and spacious with a good sized refrigerator. Simba supermarket was just a short walk up the hill for snacks and drinks. The restaurant next to the swimming pool had nice ambience. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, vegetables, baked goods, fresh juices, and omelet bar. The creamy chicken dish and lattes were a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

The check-in experience was very nice, with staff being flexible in the atttribution of the same room for both my resenrvations (private + work). The place is very calm, clean and pleasant, convinietly located close to the convention centre. Reasonable breakfast.
