Very good: staff very welcoming and tremendously helpful, cosy and chilled place to stay, the food was very good, there was nice hot water. I recommend!
The place is central. The water is hot and the rooms are clean. We didn’t have breakfast. But I truly believe the staff makes the stay and Eric was genuinely incredible! Super helpful and communicative even before we arrived and assisted us with everything we needed with genuine care. We enjoyed our stay.
The hotel was for me an oasis in otherwise ugly and unpleasant Kinigi, a place to escape from the crowdy little town. The location is perfect for a solo traveler, next to the bus station and not far from the National Park Headquarters where you have to gather before every trek. There was enough space and privacy in the hotel, good meals in the restaurant, and the price was very good for the location.
Great budget place in a perfect location for the National park.
