The host accepted our late reservation and got the room warm for us quickly. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot.
The place is nearby the town of Gheorgheni so you could have food and other things from a supermarket. But be aware, a car is needed. You could easily access Cheile Bicazului and Lacul Roșu. Or Izvorul Muntelui and Munții Hășmașului.
The owner was very nice and welcoming. We could park the motorbikes under a shed, very nice. The house is big (4 or 5 bedrooms I think). Kitchen very well equipped and clean. Dark blinds on the window of our room, which was great to sleep in. Very soft bedsheets.
