Cleanliness and closeness to the train station. Also, the facilities are good.

Cleanliness; although early check in was not possible, one hour late check out was possible, which was more useful; quiet neighbourhood with easy access to city center and good facilities (cheaper restaurants than in the touristic areas with good pizza for children - Hot Pizza, public market, fish restaurant - La Hamsii, etc), good amenities of the apartment in general; very good QPR; good communication with the host
