Fantastic presentation of the apartment. Very clean and all utilities supplied, including a variety of coffee pods for the coffee machine.
The owner was easily accessible and answered all my questions promptly.
Even had an electricity pole to charge EV's.

Locație nouă in zona metropolitană a Iașului,foarte confortabil,studioul cu muulte spatii,dulapuri compartimentari ,foarte practice,utile, expresor cu capsule,curățenie ,pat,saltea foarte bune... Etaj 5 ,priveliște frumoasă,balcon drăguț,tot ce îți trebuie pentru ședere,de scurta sau lunga durata...își merită pe deplin scorul și recomand cu mare drag!!
Interiorul este super ca și compartimentare și ca dotări . Patul confortabil și canapeaua. Este foarte curat și frumos ! Raportul preț /calitate pentru serviciile oferite un mare plus din partea noastră . Ne-am simțit foarte bine !!! Mai venim cu siguranță dacă ne aflăm în zona !
