The woman who runs the hotel went above and beyond in helping me when my phone broke. That level of care for your customers is rare and should be celebrated. If I ever come back this way, I will definitely stay here again.
The host is very kind, generous and helpful. She is ready to help and adapt the rooms for our convenience. The couple with us asked to change their room and she kindly assisted them to move. Our room (no. 11) is very spacious and of many facilities)
Very cozy, warm, the manager was extremely helpful the entire time. Highly reccomend
The apartment was simple but clean and is right next to one of the entrances to the old town. Communication with the staff was excellent.
