New building, concrete walls, nice terrace, good equipped kitchen, small kids playground, new furniture, good bathroom though small, hot water available fast and with enough pressure, small fridge in the room, nice arrangement of fridges with drawers numbered for each room, nice idea with the kitchen lockers for each room.
