The location - even if it's a bit remote, it's ideal for peace & quiet (either for relaxation or for working remotely). The scenic road to the location, the lake that is nearby and the forest make up for an ideal tranquil oasis.

You are gonna get big room in a house where you have everything you need, kitchen, grill, garden ect. The house is located near the forrests, so you will really enjoy your stay here.
Quiet location. Nice view from the balcony. Good barbecue pit.
