It's located in a valley, surounded by nature and tranquility.
Has a stream running next to the house where you can relax and cool off.
Has lots of cats to play with, if you're a cat lover.
The house is big, and can accomodate up to 12 people, even more if you have lots of kids.
It's fully equipped, with BBQ area, dinning room, internet and TV
Location is great, we had plenty of snow as well. Very cold outside (-14) but the lady kept the house very warm! You have pretty much everything you need for a cottage in the mountains, staff very friendly and she cooked delicious breakfast for all of us. The kids were very happy as well, is the perfect place if you want to relax for few days. Value for money great.
The place we liked the most on the trip. Sitting in a quiet location near the stream. Lots of walking trails. The owners are pleasant and welcoming. The apartment is not big but nicely decorated. The owners helped with everything needed and gave recommendations. I would love to come back again.
So, we enjoyed the stay very much here because it had everything we needed. Note that we rented the 2 bedroom apartment:
- private bathroom
- private kitchen
- running hot water
- wifi
- tvs
One tv even had netflix on it.
The awesome thing is that you get all this, but you are away from the crowds, as the property is about 4km on a forest road. So you can enjoy the fresh air, the sound of a running river, but still feel the comfort of the city life. The apartment was also clean, which we appreciated very much.
Would like to book again here to stay even longer.
The host prepared bread for us in the morning! We really felt pampered. The host, Georgiana, and her daughter made everything perfect.
Apartment with two rooms, private kitchen and bath, surrounded by quietness on a side road.
Activities: hiking, visiting Dambovicioara cave, and the Dambovicioara gorge. About 40m driving from Bran Castle, on a spectacular winding mountain road - and, to the other side, about 25m driving to the Dragoslavele WW1 memorial.
We'd go back to visit in a heartbeat!
