Onsite restaurant was good. Good food. One of the best showers ever in room. Great staff.

Excellent little spot right at the start of the Transfagarasan hairpin twisties. Rooms were nice, breakfast excellent and the location is quite special, the Balea river flows right through the back of the property. Hosts were very nice as was the glasses of red wine!
Directly located at a little stream, this location is great for relaxing. In the shared area, you can comfortably sit under a patio with a roof, even if it would be raining, or directly at the stream. One can dine there and choose from a short menu with simple choices, but meals are well-prepared and it is nice to eat there and list to the sound of the water.
