Location, quietness, cleanliness, green all around
We had a wonderful stay at Casa cu Cerdac. We were a group of 8 friends and needed an accommodation with at least 6 bedrooms. This place had exactly that! We were fortunate enough to rent out the entire accommodation (very lucky for us since is was Orthodox Easter weekend) which gave us full privacy and comfortability. The kitchen and dining rooms were great communal areas and since we were the only guests, parking in their private parking lot was not an issue.
Downtown Sighisoara is an easy, flat walk from the accommodation. The wifi and hot water also worked well.

the house is just minutes walking distance from the city center. the accommodations provides very nice grill facilities, kitchen facilities, up to 3 cars parking place (in a line, so it's working by the rule first in last out). convenient price-benefits ratio.
I stayed one night in this beautiful place with my best friends. As soon as we arrived, Mariano gave us a very warm welcoming ;) the room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was just perfect, less than 10 mins walking from the city center. There's a beautiful terrace perfect to chill ;)
Mariano, the owner, helped us a lot and even prepared fresh coffee in the morning for us.
