Good condition apartment Perfect location Great value for money

The apartment is in a condo block on the top floor with elevator access. The place is spacious, with AC but not well positioned bc it is in the corner of the family room, too far away from the bedroom to adequately cool down. Kitchen is adequately usable for preparing meals but there is no corkscrew (I had to ask for a corkscrew from the neighbor next door, who I can tell was somewhat annoyed). Host has a young lady met us by the place and showed us upstairs.

We received a substitution of the appartment (cause in this one the heating was not working for some reason). The alternative option was perfect, and even better. The appartment was clean, very well equipped, and really "cozy". The staff is very hospitable and responsible

Very good location at Strada University in front of Kaufland. Very clean apartment with everything that is needed

Total new Apartmenthouse. Very beautiful furniture and materials. Two balconys, bathhub and shower, clean, Kaufland is on the other side of the street. Not loud even if it is a main street. Friendly host. Big sized blanket in the main bedroom and much space to store clothes, etc.
