It is a clean, new apartment that is near to just about everything in Sinaia. We could walk into the centre of town without much trouble. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is excellent, the bathroom is modern and spacious. I also appreciated the reserved parking space in the parking garage.
The instructions from the owner were excellent and easy to follow to get into the parking garage and into the apartment.
Everything was as described, there were no surprises. Host responded promptly on our request for an extra blanket.
Room was very clean. Directions on how to access the apartment very clear

Although it is a studio it feels spacious and has everything a small family may need.
The room was very clean, beautifully designed, modern, clean bathroom.
The bed and the sofa-bed were comfortable.
Very good location - close to the entrance to town. This allowed free parking and also an access to the road when the center of town was all blocked due to some festival....
The host Mario communicated with us through WhatsApp- sent us very clear instructions of arrival and of the check-in process, and was available throughout our stay.
