The hotel is very beautiful. The staff is courteous, and the hotel is very clean. The SPA is amazing. The pool is very big with plenty of space for swimming and/or relaxing in the jetted areas. There is another heated pool outside and that one is also a decent size. The SPA is reserved only for the hotel guests so is not crowded at all. I loved the water slides. The salt pool is also amazing. Food is excelent with plenty of options to choose from (we had breakfast included). We also tried the dinner buffet one night and it was very goof food. Fresh and a lot of options. The hotel is close (walking distance) to the lakes. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay and I will be back again if I find myself in the area.

Our experience at Crystal Hotel was fantastic. The combination of excellent facilities, outstanding service, and a prime location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Sovata. I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful modern hotel, amazing dinner and breakfast DELICOUSE and plenty of variety food. The only hotel from 100 I have been to write important information on the Keycard envelope BRAVO. Very useful.

I really loved the decor, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent with so many choices. We had a meal at the restaurant and the food was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved the pool and the spa, very clean, nice temperature, great choices of 4 different types of sauna. The location is great in walking distance from the lake. Overall great experience, would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends and family
