וילה חדשה עם 3 חדרי שינה עם אבזור שמתחיל משמפו ועד נייר אפיה במטבח. מיטות מאוד נוחות עם מצעים לבנים והכל היה מאוד נקי. וילה נמצאת באזור הוילות מחוץ לעיר עם נוף יפה וגינה קטנה שאפשר לעשות בה בשר על האש. אזור זה נמצא במרחק נסיעה של 5 דקות ממרכז קניות וכ12 דקות נסיעה מעיר העתיקה.חיסרון יחיד שהקיימת חצר משותפת עם השכנים עם המתקן ברקבקיו לכן הינו צריכים לתאם מול השכנים מתי כל אחד יתפוס את המתקן.בעל הוילה איש אדיב מאוד ודואג לכל דבר, עונה מיד על כל שאלה ותמיד זמין. נחזור לבקר בוילה בעתיד חד משמעי!!!
Vila se afla intr-un cartier foarte linistit de case noi in apropierea Sibiului (cu masina). In zona exista multe centre comerciale.Duplexul este format din cele 2 vile cu gratar si gradina avand curte comuna.Vila este curata si bine intretinuta, cu 3 dormitoare, 2 bai comune mari , un living mare si bucatarie bine echipata.Saltele sunt foarte confortabile.Centrala termica ne a permis sa setam temperatura dorita.Terasa este frumoasa.Am putut parca ambele masini in curte,dar am folosit parcarea ambelor vile.Proprietarii au fost foarte discreti.Per total conditiile sunt excelente pentru 2-3 familii ce isi doresc sa petreaca timp impreuna in zona Sibiului.
