They received us for check in at 3:00 am with a smile and smooth process, thanks to “Ilinca” who was very helpful, professional and welcoming us in a smile.
We had an emergency with our baby, so we needed to find a solution for a hotel in Iasi right away. They understood the situation and accepted us to check-in at 7:30 in the morning, no questions asked. They were very friendly, the room was super clean.
We have been traveling a lot, at least 10 hotels pet year in the past few years and we usually choose 4 or 5 stars hotels. This one was cleaner than most. The bathroom looked perfect, the cheets and towels were impeccable, the room was decent size, same as any other 4 starts hotel, and the bed was very comfortable.
