Excellent location. Staff very kind. The room is big and clean. It looks new. Good breakfast.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out experiences were quick and easy. As there was no elevator, the receptionist offered to carry our luggage. We really enjoyed the tasty breakfast as well. There was a good variety of croissants and pastries, cereal, and multiple options of cooked eggs (fried or various omelets). The eggs were made on the spot, which was really nice.
The location is excellent, being literally across the street from the first 3 gates of the citadel. Both the citadel and the two shopping malls are well within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including bathrobes and towels for the spa. The beds were really comfortable, on the more rigid side, which was definitely a plus.
