The personnel, the facility. Everyone was super nice and kept it professional. Regardless of the request, the employees tried to help. Services just like abroad, everyone super professional - from the front desk, to cleaning services to breakfast personnel.
It is a new, clean hotel close to the city center. There is a tram stop next to the hotel with many possibilities to reach sightseeings.
