Staff very professional with 24/7 front desk. Excellent housekeeping. Private beach with beach chairs included in the price and staff attending to guests. Black Sea looked beautiful grom the apartament balcony, So did the sunrise.
Hawaii is truly a paradise — everything was perfect, from the beautiful surroundings to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to Elena, the manager, for her incredible attention to detail and for making sure everything was always in perfect order. She truly creates a wonderful vibe that makes you feel at home. Highly recommended!
Location of the property is excellent, good access tot he beach, great restaurant on the premises.
Mostly, we would like to thank the entire staff for their hospitality and service. Everyone made us feel welcomed and was attentive to our needs and requests. Staff is professional and friendly and always available. Rooms are spacious and well appointed.
I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel in Hawaii. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking — overlooking a vast beach and the endless ocean. It was the perfect setting to relax and unwind.
The staff was exceptional — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Any questions or concerns were handled swiftly and with great care. A special thank you goes to the amazing front desk manager (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Her warmth and professionalism truly made our stay unforgettable.
