Very friendly and accommodating staff, we travelled from the Uk and due to the traffic and weather conditions we arrived and checked in at 3 am. The lady from the reception was extremely friendly and polite; the apartment we booked was more than we expected, very large, modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. We also ask for a late check-out and they were able to offer that, with no extra cost.
Locația, facilitățile, amabilitatea personalului, mâncare diversa, curățenie în camere, bazine curate, vremea buna, muzică seara la restaurant, terasa.
Progresul făcut pentru a funcționa toate dotările de care dispun
Am văzut un progres foarte bun în funcționarea instalațiilor care anul trecut nu functionau
Faptul că avem acces permanent la piscinele cu apă termală și zona de spa dată de curând în folosință,personalul serviabil,meniul variat,proaspăt și gustos,la restaurantul hotelului,amenajarea cu gust a camerelor de hotel,programul life de muzică în fiecare seară.Totul a fost perfect!
Servicii ireproșabile, am avut parte de o vacanța minunata.
Este și va fi, una dintre locațiile de vacanța preferate.
