Отель Hotel Raluca, Венера, Румыния

The whole experience was more than I expected. The hotel was, considering the price range, excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. If you're not expecting anything wow out of your stay and keep an open mind, I'd recommend this. Oh, and the inner garden during nighttime, is really cool. This place has its stories and many know people have stayed there over the years. Overall, we will be returning here.

Personalul extraordinar de amabil si de ajutor cu tot ce ai nevoie, de la receptie la curatenie. Doamne superbe ce, tinand cont de marimea hotelului si numarul lor putin, se descurca impecabil. Hotelul este, tinand cont de vechime si de lipsa renovarilor, in conditii optime. Localizarea buna. Aerul conditionat si minifrigiderul functioneaza. Vederea foarte frumoasa.

Am revenit la acest hotel dupa 10 ani. Totul este neschimbat! Personalul de la receptie foarte amabil si gata sa te ajute cu tot ce pot.
