The hotel is pretty good with excellent rooms but the big compliment is not for the hotel, is for Mr. Alexandro/Alexander ( not sure if am spelling the name right). Very kind and generous with all the guest. The example where people make the place.
The staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. My wife loved the buffet style breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!!!!
I loved the location, 10 minutes walk to the centre. The location is nice and quiet at night and the staff is experienced and lovely.
Rooftop is an absolute must!

This is one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The amenities are so amazing. Heated bath floor, soundproof, great bath products, unbelievable lighting, excellent coffee, and the list goes on. Easy parking, easy to locste. Great
Location to old town which was a ten minute wall away. Very comfy bed and chairs. Everything was top notch. Service desk went out of their way to help.
I traveled all around the world and nothing is even close to this place. No words to describe how beautiful it is but more importantly how we were treated. Every worker was extremly friendly, supportive, kind and thats what ive liked the most about this place. Effort to make us feel good. Even my kids said they treat us with so much respect. I appreciate that so much.
The food was tasty, big choice, absolutely amazing.
Very clean rooms, quite, they met my needs in every way. The same i can tell for locals. I had no one bad experiance during my stay. People are kind, helpful, everyone speak english, there was no shady things, fraud etc. 100 out of 10. Beautiful city, worth visiting. We are coming back again 😇
