Comfy cozy place, nice vibes, you can tell that the owners are good people and tried to make it an interesting, positive place to be. Seems like they lived here themselves before moving out. Nice decorations and details, feels friendly, homey, and not pretentious. It's functional and clean and location is good overall, although the access to it via the stairs in that inner courtyard would probably not be the prettiest or easiest for some people, but me and my group did not have a problem with it. It comes with the territory in a historic city like Brasov. Watch your head, as the apartment is built inside an attic, which is part of its charm but also a bit of getting used to if you're tall. Price is right, it's good value for sure.

- Great host (nice, there when needed, came with recommendations for what to see, etc.) - Cosy, nice looking apartment - All you need at your disposal (coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.) - Really good placement in the city (also quiet area)

This unit low door frames that I knocked my head a few times. But it doesn't spoil. But it doesn't spoil our mood. This unit has everything and is very close to old towns. One thing to highlight is the bedroom is very comfy.

Интересный дизайн квартиры на чердаке. Горячая вода, кондиционер, котел все работало исправно. Расположен рядом с центром в 5 минут ходьбы. Есть рядом магазин что удобно.

Locatia este ideala, aproape de Piata Sfatului, magazine, mijloace de transport, etc parcarea in curte este un mare PLUS.
