Excellent, quiet, location on the beach. Each room has their own sunbeds near the water or in front of the villa, wherever you choose to stay. The pool is small but nice and clean. It was a nice touch when there was a red flag on the beach and we couldn't swim, we spent a litttle time at the pool. The rooms are uniquely decorated and in good taste, each bearing the name of a Greek god. We stayed in Athena. Breakfast was top, rich and home-made. The hosts are kind and you can tell they are doing their best to please everyone. Plenty of parking spaces in the area

Everything! Very clean, very quiet, and most definitely the privacy you get

The place was amazing! Amazing views. Friendly hosts. I lucked out and managed to get the top floor/penthouse but all the rooms there are nice. The housekeeper was so nice and she does a really great job keeping the place clean.

If you are looking for a quiet place on the beachfront, KIR house is the place! You'll have a perfect view, and if you are an early bird, the sunrise is magnificent. On top of that, you have pool access and individual sunbeds, and the homemade breakfast is delicious. We have enjoyed the days spent at Kir House also because of the amazing hosts. Thank you, Violeta and Christian! We'll be back!
