Very clean.The studio has everything you need.It is very close to the beach(2min walk).
The studio is very close to the beach, very cozy, nicelly decorated and exceptionally clean. The parking is in front of the terrace. I warmly recommend this place, we will come back for sure :)
The place was really nice, clean, well equipped, and really close to the beach and a couple of higher rated restaurants. The terrace and the fact that it's on the ground floor with the parking spot in front of it made it easy to get all the luggage in. The area is quite quiet, you have blinds for extra privacy if you'd like and it made our stay very enjoyable.
The owner sent us very thorough instructions that made it very easy to find the place and to get into it.

really close to the beach! my daughter was counting how long does it take us to get there: 30 seconds from the apartment to Dc summer beach :)
