I liked the instruction and the overall look and feel of the apartment. Very clean, well-designed, and very, very spacious. The host was very welcoming and we felt at home while staying at the property. Certainly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Matei Residence! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated with a designer’s touch. We were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gifts, which made our arrival even more special. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A reserved parking space is conveniently located right next to the entrance. From the residence, it’s just a pleasant 20-minute walk to Sibiu’s historic center. In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed both the apartment and our strolls through the beautiful town of Sibiu. Highly recommended!

Everything! This apartment is amazing. It has EVERYTHING you might want on a getaway, a home away from home. It starts with the clear and very friendly communication with the owner. Very spacious and functional, comfortable, furnished with great taste, extremely clean, in a great, quiet location. Very convenient particularly if you travel by car or take a rental car (free, safe parking included). It is also only 15-minutes walk from a great farmer's market (Piata Cibin where you can buy anything you want to make full use of the fully-equipped kitchen in the apartment. It is 25-30 minutes walk from Old Town Center, yet it has very easy, straight forward access to highway A1. We were extremely happy with our choice. Nothing less than "perfect" or 10+ would be a fair rating of this apartment and owner.
