It is clean and the utilities are perfect.
We really liked that it was very close to the center and to a small park.

Very nice appartement at walking distance from the station and the old town. The owners were very helpful and kind. We absolutely loved it.
As everbody has writen..the building outside is a bit outdated But apartment is just perfect.
Close to train station, 8min walking, you get coffee, water, you have practiculary everything.
Old town is 10min away. Top of the top.
