Decent location. Very new apt, the complex is still under construction. Google maps is not completely accurate. Use the street address the owner sends. It is one of 3 buildings in a complex. The entrance is on the inside,, non street side where the buildings face each other. The supermarket is close. There's a convenience store in the building. Sights are all walkable.

My mother’s flight was cancelled late in the evening and we had to act quickly to find accommodation for her. Thankfully, there were available rooms at Palas Studios. The communication was very quick, 30 minutes after her flight was cancelled she was already safe and sound at this place. The host was extremely helpful (he literally accompanied my mom to the supermarket at night so she could get some food), he also helped my mom call a cab at 3AM. At some point it even felt wrong to have so much help! Thanks so much!!!

A nice studio, very well equipped placed on a convenient distance to the city center. Definitely a very good option for a long stay. It was lovely. :)

I liked that it was close to city center (15-20 min walk to Palace of Culture) and had all you need for a medium length trip. The bed was comfortable, kitchen appliances and utensils were available, mosquito net on windows and doors and AC for hot weather. It's fairly quiet at night even with windows opened. Has two small shops close by and the shopping centre at a 10-15 min walk.

Perfect location in the centre of the city. It's close to many attractions and easy to access. Adam is really friendly and helpful when I had some trouble with the door room. Everything is good in general, big room with all the facilities you need to stay. Highly recommend.
