Location is excellent! Economy room is big enough for two people. The bathroom is very nice and big. There was access to a small balcony directly from the room.
Coffee / tea is indead offered.
Access to kitchen -> you can cook if needed!

The location was close to Felix center, but it's not a central location. They offer one coffee or tea free of charge in the morning. The rooms were comfy and very clean. It's a family business so you'll have that feeling of familiarity, which is usually missing in a hotel where you know the staff are friendly as an effect of many hours of training, not because they actually care about the guests.
