Location, room view, parking, balcony, distance from city center.
The hosts (whom I believe were the owners) were incredibly hospitable; very kind, provided recommendations, and were constantly seeking ways to make our stay better.
Very clean ,great location with stunning view.

Close to the city centre .
The room was big enough for our family of 3, very warm, clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good verity of choices and good products. Personnel was always polite and helpful. Pensiunea Warthe is on the way out from Brasov to Poiana Brasov which made an easy go for us to the slopes. Parking is appropriate and always found a spot. Hope we can return here both during winter and summer time.
